2016 Coach Effect Metrics – Week 10

My Coach Effect metric has been around for 10 years and it tries to level the field in evaluating and trending coaches based on their season outcome based on pre-season talent levels and schedule.  This is really a ‘doing less with more’ award, unless a top recruiter has a tough road schedule and excels.
